EVENT RULES AND CONDUCT
Vehicle Conduct
- No Burnouts
- No racing or escessive speed
- No drifting or donuts
- No excessive revving, two stepping, or other disruptive behavior
- Drive at a walking pace (5 MPH or less) while on the property
- Follow event staff parking directions if given
Safety
- Respect all pedestrians at all time
- Do not block entrances, exits, fire lanes, or emergency access routes
- Keep all public roadways clear
- Do not climb on any venue structures
Attendee Conduct
- No littering, trash cans are provided
- Do not damage any property, individuals are liable for costs
- No vehicle repairs or maintenance may take place at the event
- Clean up spills from vehicles and notify event staff
- Be respectful to other attendees and staff
- No harassment, fighting, or other disorderly conduct. Police will be on scene
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times
- Pets are welcome if leashed and under control
Substances and Illegal Activity
- Illegal substances of any kind are strictly prohibited
- Alcohol is prohibited unless stated otherwise by the owner of the venue
- Police will be called for all illegal activity, and plate numbers and names will be gathered to give to police
Liability and Removal from Event
- AkroWorks reserves the right to remove any person or vehicle from the event for breaking any rules without refund
- Attendees participate at their own risk, AkroWorks and venues are not responsible for loss, theft, injuries, or damage to personal property
